A policy and procedural based record keeping system is developed and tailored to the needs of the site in line with the desired accreditation standard

Implementation & Management

The system is implemented through system training and on-site audits. With continuous adjusts made as needed to better suite the site and additional updates to ensure conformance with the latest accreditation standards

Audit Preparation

Prior to the audit, additional audit specific documentation will be required, such as Blood Tests, Water Analysis and MRL Result

Audit Representation

We represent the company ensuring the appropriate documentation is presented as needed, as well as ensuring the fairness of the audit
